User Agreement for Inspired Reflections & SUTL Mentor App

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the SUTL Mentor App (“App”), a platform designed to connect mentors and mentees for personal development, growth, and guidance. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Have parental or guardian consent if you are under 18.

Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.

3. Account Registration

Users must register for an account to access the App’s features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, all users must:

Treat others with respect and professionalism.

Avoid engaging in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

Use the App only for lawful purposes.

Avoid sharing explicit, harmful, or inappropriate content.

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Mentorship Expectations

Mentors and mentees agree to:

Communicate respectfully and professionally.

Establish clear boundaries for interactions.

Report any concerns about inappropriate behavior through the App’s reporting system.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of SUTL Mentor App and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Introduce harmful software or attempt to disrupt the App’s functionality.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in harmful or unlawful behavior.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUTL Mentor App is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which SUTL Mentor App is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
